For one of our clients, the International Company with headquarter in Prague, we are looking for a candidate for a position of Internal Communication Specialist for the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland. Job Description: Executes an agenda of comprehensive internal communication with a focus on modern communication channels, especially intranet and social networks. Responsible for the stylistic, syntactic, and grammatical accuracy of all materials that are intended for the subject areas of internal communication, in particular, the following: Internal videos. Internal emails. Internal bulletin/magazine. Internal events. Coordinates activities with the Marketing and HR departments. In cooperation with the PR manager is responsible for the company's CSR activities. Provides advice to internal clients in the field of internal communication. Participates in the design and development of the intranet.
Previous experience in a similar position. Ability to coordinate within an international company. Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills. Good knowledge of the company environment. Ability to produce texts. Good networking skills. Experience in the automotive field is a plus. Self- motivated and flexible person. Ability to work under time pressure. Knowledge of the Czech language is a must - native speaker. Very good written and spoken English - ability to translate between the two languages. Knowledge of Slovak or Polish an advantage. Driving license B.
