We are looking for a proactive, organized individual with experience for the position of management assistant and with knowledge of both German and English language. - Management of calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordination of appointments

- Assistance in organizing various events

- Processing email correspondence

- Processing and management of orders

- Processing of asset records

- Providing additional administrative support based on team needs

Požadujeme

who we are looking for


- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

- University education in a relevant field (e.g., Economics; Business Administration) is an advantage

- Proficiency in English (B2/C1) and German (B2/C1)

- Communication and organizational skills

- Independence
