JOB DESCRIPTION:
" Proactively research and identify potential leads and accounts
" Conduct outbound prospecting efforts through e-mails and cold calls
" Qualify leads by understanding their needs and challenges
" Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies.
WE EXPECT:
" 3 -5 years of Saas B2B sales experience, especially in market DACH and Balkans, experience from a international-facing, technology, or fast-moving company. Would be great if you already have an experience from SaaS start up, HR tech
" Native / billingual knowledge of Bosnian and fluent in English & German
" Experience in utilizing tools like Apollo, Zoom Info, Gong, Sales Navigator
" Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, you are confident speaking with CEOs, senior management (such as VPs & directors) as well as HR Managers
