The Product Delivery Manager (PDM) serves as the nexus of multiple functions (Software Engineering, Data Engineering, and Data Science): owns product roadmaps, and leads an 8-15 person team of Software Engineers, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists responsible for implementing our Platform in a client environment. PDM has a technical understanding of the Platform and is accountable for solution delivery to the client.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and delivering high-complexity data systems and multidisciplinary job environments. Banking or insurance industry experience is preferable.
- Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
- Proven track record in delivering projects and thorough understanding of business models and product deployment process.
- Data-driven approach, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong professional communication and ability to produce effective presentation
- Good knowledge of financial and quality metrics.
- Management of timing plans, in multi-project contexts.
- Good understanding of software engineering concepts and patterns. Knowledge of computer languages like Python, Scala, Java, C#, C++ is an advantage.
