Protože máme klienty napříč ČR, můžete obsluhovat klienty, kteří přes internet poptávají některý z produktů námi nabízených světel LazerLamps, které výhradně zastupujeme pro ČR a Slovensko a dále bychom se rádi rozšířili na jiho-východní trhy (Srbsko, Makedonie). Proto možnost výjezdů služebních cest do těchto zemí a na všechny pobočky zaměstnavatele. Klienti, kteří nás kontaktují přes internetové rozhraní většinou netrvají na osobní schůzce, návštěvě pobočky a vyhovuje jim komunikace v tomto pořadí:
1. Poptávka prostřednictvím dotazu na internetového asistenta (systém TIDIO). V případě nepřítomnosti u počítače nebo mobilní aplikace klient dostává informaci, že jej bude kontaktovat specialista XY v nejkratším možném čase.
2. Telefonní kontakt s klientem. Získání prvních informací od klienta. Dotazy na priority, stanovení si cenového rozsahu.
3. Předání požadavků dále specialistovi k vytvoření návrhů a cenových nabídek. Zaslání prvotního nástřelu klientovi na e-mail a návrhy dalšího termínu kontaktu a postupu.
Dalším pracovním odvětvím je komunikace s našimi podporovateli, investory a potenciálními sponzory sportovní divize společnosti.
Co od vás budeme očekávat:
Angličtina slovem i písmem. Praxe v oboru výhodou (není podmínkou). Aktivní přístup a příjemné vystupování. Spolehlivost, pečlivost a dodržování termínů. Chuť se neustále učit novým věcem. Orientace v prostředí sociálních sítí. Aktivní propagace, pomoc firmě se zviditelnit na trhu.
Job description
Because we have clients across the Czech Republic, you can serve clients who request any of the LazerLamps products offered by us via the Internet, which we exclusively represent for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and we would also like to expand to south-eastern markets. (Serbia, Macedonia). Therefore, the possibility of business trips to these countries and to all branches of the employer. Clients who contact us via the Internet interface usually do not insist on a personal meeting or a visit to a branch and are comfortable with communication in the following order:
1. Request via inquiry to the Internet assistant (TIDIO system). In case of absence from the computer or mobile application, the client receives information that an XY specialist will contact him in the shortest possible time.
2. Telephone contact with the client. Obtaining initial information from the client. Questions about priorities, determining the price range.
3. Forwarding the requirements to a specialist to create proposals and price offers. Sending the initial shot to the client by e-mail and suggestions for the next contact date and procedure.
Another line of work is communication with our supporters, investors and potential sponsors of the company's sports division.
